He is presenting three works at the Festival (at the Centre Intermondes and La Coursive):
FROM THE SKY TO THE EARTH (each star has its namesake on Earth, and we witness the pairing of these two locations through images captured from Google Street View),
GAME OVER AND OVER (in the middle of a dark space, two robots, each facing a screen, compete in an endless game of a minimalist video game)
As well as SURVOL (a succession of views of the Earth that reveal the progressive trajectory of the International Space Station, orbiting the planet at an altitude of 600km).
Fabien Zocco draws on his expertise in the digital realm and computer dematerialization to create futuristic forms, architectures, and narratives. He explores themes such as the encroachment of new technologies into our daily lives, all with a touch of irony.
