This work focuses on the disappearance of life, the fragility, and the transformation of bodies created by nature. For this installation, a machine replaces time by fostering bacterial and fungal activity on a piece of fruit, which generates various random patterns. The project aims to manage the cycle of matter in a contemporary way. The installation is divided into two parts: the input box and the output box. An orange and a camera are placed inside the input box. Every 5 minutes, the camera takes a photo of an area where mold has begun to appear and compares it to the previous photo to record color changes in the output box.
