This Franco-Argentinian work breaks away from the traditional stage space, blending participatory choreographic performance with digital installation. The artists invite total immersion through virtual reality (VR) headsets, allowing participants to enter an alternative reality linked to the physical space. Here, they perform choreographic movements orchestrated by 20 dancers and performers in interaction with the audience. The project highlights our perspective on the use of digital devices and their relationship to space, as they transform both real and virtual environments. It offers an innovative use of virtual reality, placing particular importance not only on the imagery created through VR headsets but also on 360° spatialized sound, as well as the gestures and movements in space that the user—temporarily disconnected from their usual sensory perception—will form almost unconsciously and spontaneously.
