This experimental short film explores the relationship between nature and humanity through an absurd virtual reality yoga session set in 2070. A character follows physical instructions guided by a narrator, while the audience, dressed in gold lycra suits, is invited to reflect on the overabundance of wellness practices in a dystopian future. The work questions how these contemporary rituals fit into a world where the pursuit of physical perfection seems disconnected from environmental and societal issues.
