SOLD OUT

In a constantly evolving sector, cultural and creative organizations must rethink their business models to ensure their long-term viability. What levers can be pulled? How can you diversify funding sources and structure a sustainable long-term strategy? The ZERØ1 Festival and the HACNUM network invite you to a peer-to-peer exchange day to explore these essential issues together.

‍

MORNING (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
A unique opening with the anti-conference

By linking this day to the first edition of the anti-conference, we invite you to start with two immersive workshops, designed as spaces for experimentation and reflection:
. Professional tour of the exhibition
. Low-Tech Workshop: slowing down to experience collective perception

These workshops will lay the groundwork for collective reflection, paving the way for the afternoon's discussions.

‍

NOON (12:00 PM)
‍Lunch on-site, provided by the ZERØ1 Festival and HACNUM, a friendly opportunity to connect and network.

‍

AFTERNOON (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Meeting to rethink economic models
‍
Through a progressive approach – from the local to the European level – this meeting aims to move beyond the strict framework of earmarked funding and project calls. The goal? To examine economic development strategies more broadly and encourage a more open approach by integrating diverse funding sources.
‍Facilitated by Aurélie Delaterre, an expert in cultural funding, this session will provide you with concrete pathways to structure and strengthen your business model.
